Bookings across date bands will be allocated proportionately across

Bookings not exactly fitting weekly durations will be calculted

A weekly rental is 7 nights where you check out on the same week
day that you arrived. e.g. Mon-Mon, Sat-Sat etc. |

Check-in time is not before 16:00 on the day of arrival (unless
previously arranged). |

Check-out time is by 11:00 on the day of departure. (unless previously
arranged). |

A security deposit will be required. Refundable on departure after
inspection. |

GB£ rates are subject to change depending on the rate of
exchange with the US Dollar at the time of booking. Once paid in
full, the rate is guaranteed. |

Deposits: In order to hold a reservation a 10% deposit
of the booking value will be required (figures rounded up to nearest
dollar/pound). The full amount may be required depending on how many
days prior to arrival
that the reservation is being made. |

Balances: Balance payments are required 8 weeks prior
to check-in date. |
